Late Arrival and Session Timing Guidelines

Arriving late may reduce your session’s duration. We aim to deliver the entire session as scheduled; however, if you arrive late, there may be a need to reschedule your appointment.  While we know things happen, we will try our best to accommodate the situation to the best of our ability.

Cancellation / No Show Guidelines

At Rebalanced by Rita, we require at least 48 hours‘ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to ensure a smooth experience for all clients.. Failure to provide proper notice will result in the deposit being forfeited and used as a cancellation fee equal, which is non-refundable and non-transferable. Refund Policy

Services: No refunds are provided for services performed. Aesthetic outcomes can vary significantly among individuals, and while we aim for the best results, they cannot be guaranteed. Clients are liable for any additional treatments necessary to achieve their desired outcomes.

Purchases: No refunds are provided for any products purchased unless there is a manufacturer defect or recall to which you will receive credit to be used at our establishment.

Children, Pets, and Guest Policies

Though we appreciate the presence of children, pets, and additional guests, the medical nature of our services necessitates a focused environment to achieve the best results. Therefore, we respectfully request that you avoid bringing children or extra guests to your appointment. Additionally, pets are not permitted in our facility. Should you need a service animal, we ask that an accompanying individual take care of your pet outside our premises, ensuring your appointment remains solely dedicated to you.
