PRP Under-Eye Treatment
Tired-looking under-eyes are not always about volume. When the skin itself is thin, crepey, or dull, PRP uses your own growth factors to refresh under-eye skin quality naturally, no synthetic product required.
What PRP helps under the eyes
PRP (platelet-rich plasma) is best for improving the quality of the under-eye skin. Learn more about PRP and our approach to under-eye rejuvenation.
Skin quality & texture
PRP uses your own growth factors to improve the crepey, thin, or rough texture that develops in the delicate under-eye area.
Fine lines
By encouraging collagen, PRP can soften fine lines under the eyes over a series of treatments.
Mild dark circles
For dark circles driven by thin, dull skin (rather than pigment or deep hollows), PRP can improve tone and brightness.
A natural option
PRP is autologous, meaning it comes from your own blood, so allergy risk is very low and results look natural.
How PRP under-eye treatment works
A small blood draw
We draw a small amount of your blood, just like a routine lab draw.
Concentrate the platelets
The sample is spun in a centrifuge to concentrate the platelets and growth factors into PRP.
Treat the under-eye area
The PRP is injected or applied with microneedling under the eyes to stimulate renewal.
Results build over time
Improvement is gradual over several weeks, and most people do a series of about three sessions for the best result.
PRP or under-eye filler?
These two treatments solve different under-eye problems, and the right choice depends on what is causing your concern.
PRP under-eye
Improves the quality of the skin: texture, fine lines, crepiness, and dullness. Natural, gradual, and built on your own growth factors. Best for thin or tired-looking skin.
Under-eye filler
Restores volume to under-eye hollows and shadows using hyaluronic-acid filler. Best when the concern is a sunken tear trough rather than skin texture. Sometimes combined with PRP.
Is PRP right for your under-eyes?
PRP is a good fit if your main concern is skin quality, fine lines, or mild dark circles from thin skin. It will not lift herniated fat pads (true “bags”) or fill deep hollows, and we will always be honest at your consultation if a different treatment would serve you better. Results build over a series and vary by individual.

PRP under-eye FAQs
Does PRP work for under-eye bags and dark circles?
PRP can improve under-eye skin quality, texture, fine lines, and mild dark circles that come from thin or dull skin. It does not add volume, so it is not the right fix for hollows (which filler addresses) or for puffiness caused by herniated fat. A consultation determines what is causing your under-eye concern.
How many PRP under-eye sessions will I need?
Most people do a series of about three sessions spaced a few weeks apart, then maintenance once or twice a year. Because PRP works by stimulating your own collagen, results build gradually rather than appearing overnight.
Is PRP under the eyes safe?
PRP uses your own blood, so the risk of allergic reaction is very low. Mild swelling, redness, or bruising in the area can occur for a few days. As with any injectable, it should be performed by a trained provider.
PRP or filler for under eyes: which do I need?
They solve different problems. Filler restores volume to under-eye hollows, while PRP improves the quality and texture of the skin. Some clients benefit from one, and some from a combination. We will help you decide at your consultation.
